Setting check-in rules
Every property is unique and Onside allows you to customise the information available on check-in.
Sometimes there’s key information about your property or procedures that your visitors need to know, but isn’t strictly health and safety related. That’s where check-in rules come in.
With check-in rules you can create a notification that automatically appears when they sign in; let visitors know about a key activity happening on site today like a scheduled power outage or road blockage.
Warning visitors of a dangerous event on the property can be done with a check-in rule notification.
Use check in rules to communicate essential information your property visitors will need while on site, like: parking instructions, padlock combinations, collection and delivery points.
- Alert visitors to biosecurity incursions
- Bring attention to recent events on the property, such as; a bridge has collapsed, a cattle stop has caved in, a tree has fallen over the road, etc.
- Attach PDFs and image files for your visitors to download
- Direct visitors to online content
